Freelancer net-income calculator (auto-entrepreneur)

Estimate what you keep after platform fees, the IFU flat tax and CASNOS contributions, at the official exchange rate and, for comparison, a “parallel” rate that you enter yourself. Everything is calculated in your browser.

Varies by platform, check yours. The default is an assumption, not a rule.

Enter today’s official rate (Bank of Algeria or your bank). We do not prefill it so we never show a stale figure.

What is left of an invoice in foreign currency

An Algerian freelancer often invoices in euros or dollars. Between the invoiced amount and the money available in dinars sit the platform fee, the exchange rate, the tax (IFU) and the social contribution (CASNOS). The calculator chains these steps to show your monthly and yearly net.

According to the DGI, the auto-entrepreneur pays the IFU at 0.5% of turnover, with an annual minimum of 10,000 DA even with no turnover. For CASNOS the tool compares the flat contribution of 24,000 DA a year and the 15% option: see our CASNOS calculator for the detail.

Official rate or parallel rate?

The calculation uses the official rate for tax, and you can enter a “parallel” rate to compare what you would receive on the informal market. That second rate is your own input, not official data. Our DZD converter shows the published rates and the market indication.
